A course for you who want to change your relationship with alcohol or drugs
Maybe you know you’re caught in an addiction. Or maybe you just have a feeling that something isn’t right. You drink or use more than you want to, you worry about it, or you’re simply not happy with where it’s going. You don’t need to call yourself an addict to be here. If you’re asking yourself the question, this course is for you.
In the course, I help you understand the mechanisms behind addiction: why it’s so hard to stop, what keeps the pattern going, and what’s really driving it for you. You’ll work with shame and guilt, find practical tools for your everyday life, and slowly rebuild trust in yourself. You get video lectures, a workbook with 10 of the most helpful exercises I know, and parts of my own story. You go at your own pace, completely privately, and you can come back to it whenever you need.
I’ve been where you are. I’ve been sober since November 1, 2010, and I’ve worked with addiction for more than 15 years. You’ll be met with warmth and respect, never with judgment. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You only need to be willing to take a look, gently and honestly.
And if you want someone to hold your hand along the way, you can add 5 private coaching sessions with me.
Take the step. Start today.

A course for you who are worried about someone you love
Maybe someone close to you drinks or uses drugs, and you’re worried. It might be your partner, your child, a parent, a friend or a colleague. Maybe you’re sure it’s an addiction, or maybe you’re not sure what to call it. You just know it affects you, and that you can’t go on the way things are. If that sounds familiar, this course is for you.
In the course, I help you understand the mechanisms behind addiction and what it does to the people around it. You’ll get to work on easing guilt and shame, notice your own patterns and step out of the ones that wear you down, set loving boundaries and talk without it turning into conflict. Most of all, the course is about you, and about finding your way back to yourself. It has 6 modules, you do the course at your own pace, completely privately, and you can come back to it whenever you need.
I know addiction from the inside, and for more than 10 years I’ve also supported families and loved ones. You’ll be met with warmth and understanding, never with judgment. You can’t carry someone else’s recovery for them. But you can take care of yourself, and that matters more than you might think.
