1. About me
These terms apply to purchases from Åsa-Malin Sandström, based in Spain (“I”, “me”).
When you buy a course or coaching from me, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
2. What I sell
Online video courses: self-paced, pre-recorded courses with exercises and materials
Course + coaching bundles: an online course together with 5 private 1:1 coaching sessions with me
The full description and price of each product are shown on its sales page and at checkout.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (EUR).
The price is the one shown at checkout when you buy.
You can pay in full or in instalments. The payment options available for each product are shown at checkout.
Payment is made through the payment system connected to my website.
Your purchase is confirmed when the first payment has gone through and you have received a confirmation email.
Paying in instalments:
You get access to the course after your first payment.
When you choose to pay in instalments, you agree to pay the full price, even if you stop using the course or coaching.
The remaining instalments are charged automatically on the dates shown at checkout.
If a payment fails, I will contact you. If it is not fixed within 14 days, I may pause your access to the course and coaching until the payment is made.
If you pay through a buy-now-pay-later provider (such as Klarna), you pay your instalments to that provider, and their own terms apply.
4. Access to courses
You get access to the course after your first payment is confirmed.
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the course is available on my platform. If I ever close a course, I will tell you at least 30 days before and give you time to finish it.
Your access is personal. You may not share your login or let other people use your account.
5. 14-day money-back guarantee
I want you to feel safe when you buy.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.
Email me at [email protected] within the 14 days. You don’t have to explain why.
I will refund you within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method you used.
If you pay in instalments, I will refund the payments you have made and cancel the remaining instalments.
Your access to the course ends when the refund is made.
For course + coaching bundles: if you have already had one or more coaching sessions when you ask for a refund, the value of the sessions you have used may be deducted from the refund.
After 14 days, payments are not refundable.
6. Coaching sessions
Sessions are held online. You book them through the booking link I send you.
Rescheduling: you can move a session if you tell me at least 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t show up, the session counts as used.
Time limit: the 5 sessions must be used within 6 months of your purchase. Sessions not used by then expire.
If I need to cancel a session, I will give you a new time. You don’t lose the session.
7. Confidentiality
What you share with me in coaching is kept confidential.
The only exceptions are if the law requires me to share information, or if I believe there is a serious risk to your life or someone else’s life or safety.
8. Important: this is not medical treatment
My courses and coaching are educational and supportive. They build on my training and my professional and personal experience in addiction and recovery.
They are not medical treatment, a diagnosis, or psychiatric care.
They do not replace a doctor, medically supervised detox, or other healthcare when you need it.
Stopping some substances suddenly, such as alcohol or certain medicines, can be dangerous. Talk to a doctor before you do this.
If you are in danger or in crisis, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU) right away.
9. Results
I share everything I know to help you. But I cannot promise any particular result. What you get out of a course or coaching depends on your own effort, your situation, and many things outside my control.
10. My content
All course videos, workbooks and materials belong to me.
You may use them for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, sell, record or publish them, in whole or in part, without my written permission.
11. Changes to courses
I may update or improve course content from time to time. If I make a big change, the course will still cover what was promised on the sales page when you bought it.
12. Responsibility
As far as the law allows, I am not responsible for indirect losses or for how you choose to use the information in my courses and coaching.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.
13. Privacy
I handle your personal data as described in my Privacy Policy.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything, please email me first at [email protected]. I will do my best to find a solution with you.
15. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the consumer protection rights of the country where you live.
16. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was on my website when you bought.
